Concert Band is playing at the Christmas Tree Festival at Hayes Free Church, 111 Pickhurst Lane, BR2 7HU, this Sunday at 6.30pm. All are welcome to come along for the service.
Arrangements for the band:
- Arrive at the church at 5pm if you can and by 5.30pm at the latest – we need to set up and have a little run through a few things
- Wear black
- Remember your instrument and bring a music stand if you have one
- The service will finish at approximately 7.45pm
The rehearsal schedule for the day of the concert will be on next week’s blog.
Here are some things you need to know:
- Tickets are to be bought on the door
- Wear all black
- When you are not performing, you need to be in the Hall being an exemplary audience member supporting other performers
- Cases, coats etc. can be left in CGD and CGF
- The concert will finish at about 8.45pm
- Choir, Boyvox, Showsongs – you need to be learning your songs: head on over to the Choir page for audio/video/pdf files to help you. Print out a copy of Red Right Hand if you need one!
